We would like to provide you with an update on the current outage.

Our engineers worked through the night where investigations continued.

We await a specialists engineer to attend the site to resolve the issue, unfortunately we are sourcing availability.

We thank you for your patience and we apologise for the loss of service to your business.

We currently have a specialist engineer working on the issue.

We would like to issue you with an update with regards to the current situation.

At present we have two specialist engineers en-route with an ETA of 11:00.  We will know more once the specialist engineers arrive on site and commence their investigations.

We would like to issue you with an update with regards to the current situation.

It has been established that there was an outage at the Data Centre yesterday. 

The loss in power of power in the Data Centre coincided with the exact time of our drop in services, however, our engineers on-site are currently continuing to work on restoring the servers.

Wednesday 9th February 15:15

We would like to issue you with an update with regards to the current situation.

Presently, servers and access to servers appear to be back up following the latest communication with our engineers. We are now seeing registration attempts. 

Please may we ask that for any users that continue to have issues, please kindly re-boot your devices.
